Rock Choir add extra rehearsal due to demand

A CHOIR has become such a huge hit it is launching a second weekly rehearsal.

The Rock Choir, which meets at Orpington Methodist Church Hall, in Sevenoaks Road, is to start running early evening rehearsals to meet unexpected demand.

People of all ages and abilities are offered the chance to sing gospel, pop and Motown without auditioning and with no requirement to read music.

Members are given full vocal training by a qualified teacher and the choir, which meets every Wednesday, will start its new term on January 13.
